Service Advisory Summary: CC-1132 / CC-1133

  • Subject: Premature Side Bevel Gear Wear on Tuff Torq Transmissions.

  • Affected Models: Cub Cadet XT1 & XT2 Enduro Series (Model Years 2021 through 2022).

  • Transmission Assemblies Affected:

    • 918-07207A (K46DM Hydro Trans)

    • 918-07208A (K46DS Hydro Trans)

    • 618P08373A (TL200D Hydro Trans)

  • Issue: Side bevel gear (P/N 168T20-31560) does not meet specifications, causing potential rapid excessive wear and premature failure.

  • Symptoms to Inspect: Jerking while turning, rapid loss of power, reduced speed/climbing ability on hills, unusual noises (popping/grinding), or loss of propulsion and braking.

  • Warranty & Claim Guidance: FIX-AS-FAIL basis; original failed part listed as TT-1A646031570. Inspection/repair labor allowance is 2.0 Hrs under Fail Code "Supplier Defect".

    • CC-1132: Applies to mowers less than 2 years from original purchase date.

    • CC-1133: Applies to mowers more than 2 years past original purchase date.
