The "Mechanic’s Bond": Members shall not disparage other shops or technicians by name. Focus on the technical error, not the person.
Customer Transparency: Discussions regarding shop rates, Odoo workflow, and warranty claims should focus on "Best Practices" that provide the most value and honesty to the end-user.
Environmental Stewardship: Tips on proper fluid disposal, battery recycling, and reducing fuel waste are part of being a professional technician in the modern world.
IV. Forum "Signal-to-Noise" Ratio
Search First: Before posting a common question (e.g., "Why is my Honda surging?"), members should use the search function to see existing "Case Files."
Categorization: Post in the correct system-level category. A carburetor question belongs in Fuel & Air, not General Discussion.
Clear Documentation: When posting a "Trick," include the Tool used, the Engine Model/Spec, and the Result. Photos and videos are the gold standard of technical communication.
