If that happens, replace all 13 and 14s.  This is the tiny check valve that stops the fuel flow into the injector when the normal supply is stopped.  If any check valve fails, all of the fuel from the solenoid shut off valve point will be used to keep the engine running until exhausted.  Easy fix without a lot of wasted testing time.
