What are common issues that would be good to have an app walk you through training on?

Could we take all of the common troubleshooting charts and topics and put them into a single app to help navigate the diagnostic process?

Post your ideas for:

1.) Topics (surges, low power, uses oil)

2.) App features (dashboard, history/garage, feedback, live chat)

3.) Story (example: "as a technician I want to be able to type in a model-spec/code and serial numbers and get a results page for common issues.")
