Create a new defective stock part claim.

 New defective stock parts claims can only be filed if the part was installed, and failed within the 90 day window. 

AKA dealer has labor involved to replace the bad part. IF the part is bad in the box, The dealer will need to contact Medart, we will send a new part no charge in this case. 

If this is new stock that has not been installed and you want to claim just the part.  Email Tech Department
