In-Person Service Training

Meet our Trainers
BRIAN JONES
Brian Jones is the Educational and Technical Service Manager at Medart Engine, where he has served since 1995 and has led the department since 1999. With more than 40 years in the industry, he brings extensive hands-on experience and a deep well of technical expertise to his role. Brian currently serves as Vice President of the Equipment & Engine Training Council (EETC) and holds numerous advanced certifications, including EETC Four-Cycle, Two-Cycle, Diesel, and Generator, as well as Kohler Expert and Tecumseh TMT certifications. He is also a former Briggs & Stratton MST and ASE Master Certified Automotive Technician.
JASON DAVIS
Jason Davis has been serving as a Technical Service Representative at Medart Engine since 2019, specializing in outdoor power equipment with a strong focus on lithium-powered solutions. With prior experience in battery-powered NEVs, he brings a solid foundation in electrification to the OPE industry. Factory-trained by Rehlko, SBD, Hydro-Gear, and Oregon, he combines hands-on expertise with in-depth product knowledge to deliver effective technical support and engaging training for dealers and service teams.
JOSEPH MUELLER
Joseph Mueller brings more than two decades of hands-on experience to Medart Engine University, having worked in the Outdoor Power Equipment industry since 1999. With a strong foundation in both traditional systems and emerging technologies, Joseph combines technical expertise with a passion for training the next generation of OPE professionals.
He holds extensive certifications, including EETC credentials, Stihl Gold Certification.
Joseph's goal is to leverage his practical, real-world experience to provide practical, impactful training that prepares mechanics for the challenges of today and tomorrow.
